WILLIAM J. CHISHOLM
Will was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1980. He practiced primarily in the areas of insurance litigation, personal injury litigation, and civil litigation as well as property sales and purchases, wills and estates, and corporate commercial. Will was a founding member of the firm and retired in 2017 from the practice of law.
Will was a member of the Atlantic Trial Lawyers Association. Will has also served as the Secretary of the Dartmouth Barristers’ Society, as well as a past lecturer at Mount St. Vincent University. Will remains an active member of the community a past president of the Dartmouth Rotary Club, a past president of the Dartmouth South Liberal Association and a past president of the Dartmouth Regional Council of the Boy Scouts of Canada.
